I'm the product of years spent building, creating, and leading. At my core, I'm a storyteller driven by the power of connection. Whether it's linking creatives, brands, or audiences, I believe the best work happens when there's trust, purpose, and a shared vision.

Over the past decade, I’ve led creative teams and helped shape narratives across music, sports, fashion, yachting, real estate, and e-commerce. I’ve been in high-pressure environments, pulled off complex productions, and built systems that allow people to do their best work. I’ve worn many hats, sometimes all at once, and I’ve learned that true leadership is less about having all the answers and more about asking the right questions.

In this world, there are suits and there are creatives. I find myself at the intersection, with the ability to understand and speak the language of both. I know how to build trust in the boardroom and inspire ideas in the studio. That dual fluency allows me to align creative vision with real business outcomes.

I understand that people are human, not robots. Everyone has their own strengths, pace, and way of thinking. I believe in meeting people where they are, setting clear goals, and building the kind of momentum that helps us not only hit those goals but exceed them.
