As Creative Director, I led the production of launch visuals for Emerald Bay Villa, defining the creative vision, building the storyboard, managing a three person on site team, and delivering final video assets. We produced a series of scene specific reels and hero videos that highlight the experiences and moments the villa offers. The campaign helped position the property in the high end luxury rental market and drove a clear increase in interest and bookings. The evergreen content continues to support their website and social media presence.

Strategic Property Partners partnered with us to bring the essence of HERON to life, the crown jewel of their Water Street developments and the pinnacle of luxury high rise living in Tampa Bay. With its striking architecture and elevated design, HERON called for a refined narrative that matched its presence, sophisticated, minimal, and deeply intentional.
Our approach was rooted in quiet confidence. I led the full production from concept to final delivery, crafting a visual story that reflected the lifestyle of a HERON resident, someone who values privacy, precision, and timeless elegance. Through thoughtful storyboarding, direction, and post production, we created a series of short form films that celebrate the subtle beauty and atmosphere that make HERON distinct.
Like a sculpture revealed through light and shadow, each piece captured the refined rhythm of life inside the tower. It is in the small details, the textures, the stillness, the way the light moves through the space, that HERON’s story unfolds. But when you step back, you see how those moments form a complete portrait of modern luxury, gracefully integrated into the Water Street skyline.

Strategic Property Partners came to us with a vision to portray the lifestyle of a Cora resident, someone who has found early success as a creative professional, lives with intention, and appreciates a quiet, refined sense of luxury. This is the “if you know you know” type of individual.
From initial concept to final delivery, I led the project, aligning our creative direction with SPP’s goals. I oversaw the full process including conceptual development, storyboarding, on site production, and post production. The objective was to create four micro narratives, short impactful pieces that reflect the lifestyle, amenities, and atmosphere of both Cora and the surrounding Water Street neighborhood.
Each short film highlights a unique aspect of the Cora experience, tailored to resonate with the brand’s target demographic. The final edit brought them together into one cohesive visual narrative, with each piece acting as a chapter of the larger story.
It’s like studying a work of art up close. You begin to notice the brushstrokes, textures, and subtle details that give it depth. But it’s only when you take a step back that the full picture comes into view and you realize how every element works together to tell a bigger story.
